Mazarrón:
Mazarrón is located in a wide bay open to the Mediterranean, with 35 km of coastline.
It consists of two important urban centres: the port and the capital of the municipality, 5 km from the coast.
The name of Mazarrón is linked from its origin to the mining wealth of its mountain ranges rich in lead, zinc, silver and iron.
